12. Retainer Services
12.1 Scope
DIGITIS offers services on a monthly retainer basis as defined in separate agreements.
12.2 Payment
Retainer fees are payable monthly in advance
Fees are non-refundable
Fees secure service availability
12.3 Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice.
Outstanding fees remain payable.
12.4 Unused Services
Unused retainer services do not roll over unless agreed in writing.
12.5 Additional Services
Services outside scope are billed separately.
12.6 Client Obligations
Clients must provide necessary access and information.
12.7 Limitation of Liability
DIGITIS liability is limited to fees paid in the previous three months.
12.8 Governing Law
South African law applies.
